Memorial Service for Arthur Rudolph
to be held at SBC on Saturday, June 21st at 11:00 a.m. There are some ministry opportunities:
- 3-4 Nursery helpers during the service – perhaps people who didn’t know Arthur;
- Food: sign up to help with food for the luncheon; (3) Prep work before the service on Saturday. Please let Sarah Delany know if you can help.
VBS
scheduled for July 14-18. There is a LOT of preparation work that needs to be done ahead of time. You may not be able to help out there during the week, but there are ways that EVERYONE can serve in the preparation work. Thanks.
Missionary Conference
Saturday & Sunday, September 20-21. This year’s missions conference will focus on ministry to the military. Dr. Ken Lawson and Nathanael Gentilhomme will be our guest speakers. More details to come.
Summer Bible Devotionals & Fellowship
held at the Delanys’ home on Friday nights at 7:00 p.m. The dates will be June 27th, July 25th, and August 29th. The fellowship time is open to all – young and old.
The Rear Pews:
If for one reason or another, you need to sit in the back pew, please consider the third pew from the back as the official “back pew.” If you need to get up during the service, you won’t be disturbing anyone — the back two pews should be empty. The pews are roped off for a purpose. Thanks.
Parking Spaces:
Please remember to reserve the five parking spaces to the right of the handicap (as you pull in) for those with handicap stickers and others with difficulties walking. Thanks!
